Fourplex in South Mission Beach sold

The South Mission Beach fourplex at 2975-2979 Bayside Lane and 834 Ensenada Court, San Diego 92109, has been sold for $1.44 million.

The buyer was Peter C. Reck, P.O. Box 99963, San Diego 92169.

The acquisition was financed with a loan of $930,000 from Home Bank of California.

The sellers of the property (assessor's parcel 423-701-11) were Karen L. Dodge and Michael D. Dodge, as community property and as trustees of the Karen and Mike Dodge Revocable Living Trust.

The fourplex totals 3,114 square feet and was constructed in 1945 on a 4,082-square-foot lot. The units consist of six bedrooms and four bathrooms.

In April 2004, the property was sold for $1.2 million with financing of $634,700 from Washington Mutual Bank.

The property includes four garages and two parking spaces, a yard, an upstairs deck and an onsite laundry room. One building is off the bayfront.
