Retail building in PB on Garnet sold

The 3,123-square-foot retail building in Pacific Beach at 1459 Garnet Ave., San Diego 92109, has been sold for $1.15 million.

The buyers were Sony Ben-Moshe (one-third interest), Elad Ben-Moshe and Shoshana Ben-Moshe, co-trustees of a trust (one-third interest), and Dr. Eli Ben-Moshe, Optometrist 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan (one-third interest), 10992 Cloverhurst Way, San Diego 92130.

The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 423-092-06) was Thomas E. Owens.

Danny Fitzgerald, Michael Burton and Pasquale Ioele of Cassidy Turley San Diego represented the seller. Rick Wu of Voit Real Estate Services represented the buyer.

The building is leased on a long-term basis to the 10-year-old Hoboken Pizza and Beer Joint.
