The buyer was Charles I. Jadallah, 4 W. Fourth Ave., Suite C, San Mateo 94402.
The acquisition was financed with a loan of $1.17 million from Wells Fargo Bank (NYSE: WFC).
The seller of the property (assessor's parcels 442-490-15 and 18) was 2802 Juan Street LLC, a California limited liability company, and Michael J. Hall and Linda D. Hall, co-trustees of the Hall Trust.
The transaction included the building (constructed in 1981) on a 9,683-square-foot lot and an adjacent 13,886-square-foot vacant lot.
