Social Pizza on El Cajon

The Deal of the Week lessee was represented by David LeMons, of Sierra US.

The lessor was represented by Joe Balla, of Lee and Associates.

The deal was a lease by Social Pizza of 2,490 square feet of retail space in the 6,000-square-foot building at 6011 El Cajon Blvd., Suite 101, San Diego from the Harbaugh Family Trust. The property was leased for 10 years at $875,736.

Earlier this year, Supercuts leased 1,414 square feet of retail space for seven years at $250,230. Balla represented both parties.

A year ago, Capriotti's leased 2,300 square feet for five years at $338,000, for a restaurant. Balla represented the lessor.

Other tenants in the building, located near the intersection of El Cajon Boulevard and College Avenue, are Verizon Wireless and Cutters Point Coffee.
