Imperial Beach apartment sold for $990,000

The eight-unit apartment complex at 1343 Imperial Beach Blvd. in Imperial Beach 91932, has been sold for $990,000.

The buyers were Charles P. Neufeld and Christine M. Willemsen, co-trustees of the Susan Sesnon Dolkas Irrevocable Trust, c/o Calegari & Morris, 123 Mission St., 18th Floor, San Francisco 94105.

The acquisition was financed with a $300,000 loan from First Republic Bank (NYSE: FRC).

The seller was Charles Frederick Kreutzkamp, trustee of the Kreutzkamp 2000 Revocable Trust.

Dave Savage, of ACI Apartments, represented the buyer and the seller.

The two-story property consists of two-bedroom, one-bath units of approximately 800 square feet rented at $1,050 each.

Built by the seller in 1972, the project had never been sold until now.
