The buyer was Otay Triangle L.P., a California limited partnership, 5440 Morehouse Drive, Suite 4000, San Diego 92121.
The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 646-150-20) was NEI Credit Inc., with David Wick as president.
The building was constructed in 2000 a 1.28-acre lot. In September 1997, the lot in the 312-acre De la Fuente Business Park was sold for $572,500.
