Adjacent Rancho Bernardo office buildings sold

A pair of adjacent Rancho Bernardo office buildings on Via Esprillo and Via Frontera totaling approximately 106,656 square feet have been sold for $52,175,000.

The 85,300-square-foot building on 3.07 acres at 16465 Via Esprillo, San Diego 92127, was sold for $31,807,000. The buyer was Drawbridge Discovery Corporate D LLC, c/o Drawbridge Realty Trust, Three Embarcadero Center, Suite 2310, San Francisco 94111. The seller of the property (assessor's parcels 678-080-24, 28, 29 and 30) was Bernardo Technology Partners III LLC, c/o Menlo Equities Inc. of Newport Beach, Calif.

The 55,356-square foot building (photo above) on 2.59 acres at 11020 Via Frontera, San Diego 92127, was sold for $20,368,000. The buyer was Drawbridge Discovery Corporate C, LLC. The seller of the property (assessor's parcels 678-080-23 and 25) was Bernardo Technology Partners I LLC.
