The buyer was Patrick J. Weisenberger, trustee of the Patrick J. Weisenberger Trust, 28518 Tulita Lane, Menifee 82584.
The acquisition was financed with a $600,000 loan from JPMorgan Chase Bank (NYSE: JPM).
The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 489-140-51) was OEC Property LLC, a California limited liability company, with Sean Deitch as president, CEO and managing member.
Peter Scepanovic and Corey McHenry, of Colliers International represented the seller. The buyer was represented by Joe Siemienowski, of Siemienowski & Associates.
The gated complex was constructed in 1978 and consists of 10 two-bedroom, one-bath units and one three-bedroom, two-bath unit.
