Car service firm on Airway

Warehouse: Super Detail Inc. has leased 14,128 square feet of warehouse space in Empire Centre at 7880 Airway Road, San Diego 92154, from Kavenish LTD LP. The property, leased for 77 months at $561,000, will be used for car care wholesale supplies.

The lessee was represented by Josh Bucholz, of NAI San Diego. The lessor was represented by Mark Lewkowitz, Chris Holder and Kipp Gstettenbauer, of Cushman & Wakefield.

Empire Centre is a two-building, 132,000-square-foot corporate park at 7880-7920 Airway Road.

The park includes a dock-high distribution facility and a private secure yard.

There are executive office suites available in the 7880 Airway Road building. The multi-tenant, industrial/distribution/warehouse complex is in a Foreign Trade Zone/Enterprise Zone.



Industrial: DG Lights Inc. has leased 2,714 square feet of industrial space in the Vista Oaks Business Center at 2880 Scott St., Vista 92081, from H.G. Fenton Property Company. The property was leased for 39 months at $80,000.

The lessee was represented by Bob Willingham and Ron King, of Cushman & Wakefield. The lessor was represented by Dennis Visser, Steven Field and Aric Starck, of Cassidy Turley San Diego.

Vista Oaks is a 16,237-square-foot, industrial/warehouse/manufacturing building constructed in 2003.



Office: Renew Hair & Cosmetic Center has leased 1,460 square feet of office space in the 42,000-square-foot La Jolla Medical and Surgical Center at 8929 University Center Lane, San Diego 92122, from Arnold R. Yalam, M.D. The medical office space was leased for 23 months at $66,700.

The lessee was represented by Travis Ives, principal with Cushman & Wakefield's Healthcare Practice Group. The lessor was represented by Joshua Smith, of ECP Commercial.



Industrial: Keith Albano has leased 1,200 square feet of industrial space at 3044 Industry St., Suite 102, Oceanside 92054, from CRP-2 SC Industrial Business LLC.

The property, leased for 24 months at $19,872, will be used for warehouse and storage for a contractor.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Josh McFadyen and Joe Crotty, of Colliers International.
