Pacific Dental on Balboa

Retail: Pacific Dental Services Inc., dba Pacific Dental, has leased 4,000 square feet of retail space at 5675 Balboa Ave., San Diego 92111, from 60617 Balboa Mesa LLC, c/o Regency Centers Corp. (NYSE: REG). The property was leased for 10 years at $1.5 million.

The lessee was represented by Kevin Cassidy, of Cassidy Turley San Diego. The lessor was represented by Reg Kobzi, of CBRE (NYSE: CBG).


Retail: Southland Corp. has leased 3,600 square feet of retail space at 7006-7008 University Ave., La Mesa 91942, from Victorville Industrial LLC.

The property, leased for 120 months at $907,200, will be used for a 7-Eleven convenience store.

The lessee was represented by Greg Spounias, of Retail Insite.

The lessor was represented by Brian Crepeau, Vanessa Reza and Martin Alfrao, of Pacific Coast Commercial.


Retail: Steve Gray has leased 1,182 square feet of retail space at 201 Oak St., Carlsbad 92008, from Jeff Rasak.

The property, leased for 64 months at $240,418, will be used for an ice cream shop.

The lessee was represented by Marc Karren, of Pacific Coast Commercial. The lessor was represented by Chad LaFrate, of Cassidy Turley San Diego.


Retail: Girardo Rivera and Guillermo Castellanos have leased 2,784 square feet of retail space at 10478 E. Valley Parkway, Escondido 92027, from Keith Lansing.

The property, leased for 63 months at $155,856, will be used for automotive use.

The lessee was represented by Marc Karren, of Pacific Coast Commercial. The lessor was represented by Rob Pew, of Tie Commercial.


Industrial: H & P Machine Technology has leased 2,011 square feet of industrial space at 7626 Miramar Road, Suite 3600, San Diego 92126, from IndCor Properties. The property was leased for 37 months at $64,245.

The lessee was represented by Foster and Company. The lessor was represented by Arnie Friedman, Ty Moffatt and Evan McDonald, of Colliers International.


Retail: Fred Loya Insurance has leased 1,500 square feet of retail space at 5439 El Cajon Blvd., San Diego 92115, from Mitre Financial. The property, leased for 12 months at $7,440, will be used for an insurance office.

The lessee was represented by Joe Zummo, of Global CRES. The lessor was represented by Scott Duhs, of Duhs Commercial.
