Pacific Beach apartments on Crown Point sold

The nine-unit apartment building in Pacific Beach at 3970 Crown Point Drive, San Diego 92109, has sold for $3 million, cash.

The buyer was El Real Inc., c/o John Michaelsen, 1120 Silverado St., La Jolla 92037.

The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 424-503-05) was John W. Bauer, successor trustee of Trust A, under the Roger A. Bauer and Donnal M. Bauer declaration of trust (50 percent), and Helen M. Pecka, trustee of The Elden F. Pecka Jr. Family 1988 Trust (50 percent).

The buyer was represented by Todd Law and Jill Morton, of Capital Growth Properties Inc.

The seller was represented by Mike Habib and Phyllis Whitebread, of Coldwell Banker Commercial.

The three-level, approximately 10,716-square-foot apartment consists of 18 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms. The apartment was constructed in 1969 on a 6,887-square-foot lot.

The property overlooks Kendall-Frost Mission Bay Marsh Reserve and Northern Wildlife Preserve.
