The eight-unit apartment complex at 3244 Nimitz Blvd., San Diego 92106, has been sold for $2.4 million.
The buyer was Casa Del Rio LLC, a California limited liability company, c/o U. Johause, 5173 Waring Road, No. 210, San Diego 92120.
The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 530,351-11) was PEI Asset Pool IX LLC, with Pacifica Enterprises Inc. its manager. Dario DeLuca is president of Pacifica, and Pino Vitti is the chief financial officer. The seller took back a $1.55 million trust deed.
The three-level, approximately 8,269-square-foot apartment was constructed in 2010 on a 5,700-square-foot lot, and consists of eight bedrooms and 14 bathrooms.
In January 2012, the property was transferred by quitclaim deed from 3244 Nimitz Inc. to CRE LJ CA LLC c/o OneWest Bank of Pasadena. Kathy O'Brien was president of 3244 Nimitz.
In February, CRE LJ CA transferred the property by quitclaim deed to PEI Asset Pool IX.
