The six-unit apartment complex in the University of San Digeo/Bay Park neighborhood at 5651-5663 Mildred St., San Diego 92110, has been sold for $755,000.
The buyers were Mark R. Russo and Karen M. Russo, trustees of the Russo Family Trust, 11490 Shadow Ranch Road, La Mesa 919141.
The acquisition was financed with a loan of $519,000 from JPMorgan Chase Bank.
The sellers of the property (assessor's parcel 436-385-07) were Herlinda Tan, trustee of the Herlinda Tan Family Trust, and David Finkelstein.
Terry Moore, of ACI Apartments, represented the buyer. The seller was represented by Terry Taylor, also of ACI.
The 3,696-square-foot property is located near the University of San Diego, and consists of a pair of two-bedroom/one-bath units and four one-bedroom units (eight bedrooms and six baths).
The property also features four carports and four parking spaces. The two-story apartment was constructed in 1974 on a 4,800-square-foot lot.
In July 2001, the property was sold for $400,000, with financing of $300,000 from Rancho Santa Fe National Bank.
