Deal of the Week - Lease

Cleaning service renews in Oceanside

The Deal of the Week lessee was represented by Tom Van Betten, of Cassidy Turley San Diego.

The lessor was represented by Bob Willingham and Ron King, of Cushman & Wakefield.

The deal was a renewal by Kellermeyer Bergensons Services LLC of its lease on 10,519 square feet of office space in Ocean Ranch Plaza at 3605 Ocean Ranch Blvd., Oceanside 92056, from MS Kearny CPB2-LLC.

The space, renewed for 64 months at $1,006,000, will be used for janitorial, facilities and maintenance services.

In mid-2007, Bergensons Property Services Inc. signed a five-year, $1.4 million lease for 11,107 square feet of office space at 3605 Ocean Ranch.

Built in 2007, Ocean Ranch Plaza consists of a two-story, Class A, 40,000-square-foot office building; a 40,000-square-foot medical office building occupied by Kaiser Permanente; 26,000 square feet of retail shops; and a 126-room Marriott Residence Inn.

The plaza is in Oceanside's Ocean Ranch Corporate Center, a 400-acre business and industrial park.
