La Mesa medical office building sold for $1.3 million

The approximately 7,704-square-foot medical office building at 4333 Palm Ave., La Mesa 91941, has been sold for $1,295,000.

The buyer was Stormberg LLC, 4333-C Palm Ave., La Mesa, with Kurt Stormberg as the manager. Kurt Stormberg D.D.S., M.S. Inc. is a major tenant in the property.

The acquisition was financed with loans of $693,711 and $554,969 from Bank of America (NYSE: BAC).

The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 499-481-29) was James L. Adams.

The property was sold in May 1999 for $667,500, with financing of $320,000.

The two-story building was constructed in 1971 on a 23,958-square-foot lot.
