The buyers were M&L Financial Co. XXXI (72.03 percent); Madeline Kaufman, trustee of the Madeline Kaufman Revocable Trust of 2007 (11.03 percent); Suzanne A. Kaufman, trustee of the Suzanne A. Kaufman Revocable Trust of 2007 (7.34 percent); Steven Marchbanks (4.8 percent); and Don Swanson II and Beth Ellen Swanson (4.8 percent), 31438 Castaic (Calif.) 91384.

The acquisition was financed with a loan of $ 734,318 from M&L Financial Properties Inc.

The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 447-384-31) was David N. Catton.

The three-story, approximately 12,689-square-foot apartment was constructed in 1990 on an 8,773-square-foot lot.

The apartment consists of 21 one-bedroom units. The units range from 500 to 735 square feet. The property also has three garages and two storage units.

The apartment has an on-site laundry facility and elevator.

The property has on-site parking spaces. The subject property has a conditional use permit for senior's facility.
