Retail center in Linda Vista sold

The 6,318-square-foot retail strip center in Linda Vista at 6585 Osler St., San Diego 92111, has been sold for $975,000.

The buyer was SAM Business Corp., 2439 Trace Road, Spring Valley 91978. Naseem A. Salem is the president of SAM; Saad Toma, aka Steve Toma, is the secretary; and Fanar Salem is the chief financial officer.

The acquisition was financed with loans of $493,000 from Neighborhood National Bank and $325,000 from the sellers.

The sellers of the property (assessor's parcel 431-703-01) were Amir T. and Hayfaa G. Konja.

The building was constructed in 1943 on a 23,522-square-foot lot.

The property was sold for $400,000 in July 1998, with financing of $300,000.
