Grocery Outlet in Spring Valley

Retail: Grocery Outlet has leased 15,292 square feet of retail space at 9805 Campo Road, Spring Valley 91977, from CIF Holdings LLC. The property, in the Casa de Oro Plaza shopping center, was leased for 10 years at $1,886,268, for a grocery store.

The lessee was represented by Dave Hagglund, of CBRE (NYSE: CBG). The lessor was represented by Scott Duhs, of Duhs Commercial Inc.

In mid-2009, Cricket Wireless leased 1,215 square feet for four years at $80,236 in the retail center The lessee and lessor were represented by Scott Duhs and Craig Duhs, of Duhs Commercial.

In late 2007, the 71,995-square-foot Casa de Oro Plaza shopping center at 9731 and 9735-9805 Campo Road was sold for $13 million to CIF Holdings.


Retail: Paradise Sewing has leased 4,455 square feet of retail space at 12635 Poway Road, Poway 92064, from Poway Vista LLC.

The property, leased for five years at $366,576, will be used for a fabric store. The lessee and lessor were represented by Craig Duhs, of Duhs Commercial.


Retail: Boost Mobile LLC has leased the 1,380-square-foot freestanding retail building at 879 S. Santa Fe, Vista 92084, from Garfield Beach CVS LLC. The property was leased for 10 years at $339,494.

The lessee was represented by Brian G. Pyke, of Duhs Commercial. The lessor was represented by Robert Kerr, of NAI Capital.


Office: Truett Laboratories has leased 5,350 square feet of office space at 2105 Camino Vida Robles, Suites K and L, Carlsbad 92008, from R.J. Land Company LP. The property, leased for 36 months at $169,500, will be used for office and storage.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Josh McFadyen, of Colliers International.


Industrial: Daniel Matuszak has leased 1,262 square feet of industrial space at 4059 Oceanside Bld. Suite G, Oceanside 92054, from MAJ Investors.

The property, leased for 24 months at $18,168, will be used for light manufacturing of screen doors and replacement windows.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Josh McFadyen, of Colliers International.
