Deal of the Week - Lease

Grocer in Spring Valley

The lessee of the Deal of the Week was represented by Dave Hagglund, of CBRE (NYSE: CBG). The lessor was represented by Scott Duhs, of Duhs Commercial Inc.

The deal was a lease by Grocery Outlet for 15,292 square feet of retail space at 9805 Campo Road, Spring Valley, from CIF Holdings LLC. The property, in the Casa de Oro Plaza shopping center, was leased for 10 years at $1,886,268, for a grocery store.

In mid-2009, Cricket Wireless leased 1,215 square feet for four years at $80,236 in the retail center. The lessee and lessor were represented by Scott Duhs and Craig Duhs, of Duhs Commercial.

In late 2007, the 71,995-square-foot Casa de Oro Plaza shopping center at 9731 and 9735-9805 Campo Road was sold for $13 million to CIF Holdings.
