The approximately 108,000-square-foot manufacturing building at 7770 Miramar Road in San Diego 92126, has been sold for $5.67 million.
The buyer was 7770 Miramar Road LLC, a California limited liability company. Southwestern Furniture of Wisconsin LLC is the sole member of 7770 Miramar and Michael Jedlowski is the chief executive officer of Southwestern.
Ashley Furiture Industries Inc. of Arcadia, Wis., financed the acquisition with a loan of $$5.67 million.
The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 343-081-05) was Toppan Electronics Inc., formerly known as Toppan West Inc.
The property had been used by Toppan Electronics for the manufacture of printed circuit boards since 1988. Toppan closed the factory in 2003.

After Toppan departed, the property underwent substantial toxic remediation. The concrete tilt-up building was constructed in 1985 on a 5.45-acre site. In September 1988, the property was sold for $8.7 million.
