Four units in OB sold for $1,235,000

The four-unit apartment in inland Ocean Beach at 4121 Udall St., San Diego 92107, has been sold for $1,235,000.

The buyer was Zan Partners LP, a California limited partnership, 4787 Sun Valley Road, Del Mar 92014.

Exxor Strategic Management Inc. is the general partner of Zan, and William Miller is president of Exxor.

The acquisition was financed with a loan of $857,500 from Bank of America (NYSE: BAC).

The sellers of the property (449-254-07) were Stanley A. Jorgensen and Cathy A Jorgennsen, trustees of The Jorgensen Family Trust.

The approximately 4,794-square-foot apartment was constructed in 1988 on a 6,500-square-foot lot. The two-level property consists of 12 bedrooms and bathrooms.

The apartment was sold in August 2001 for $760,000, cash.
