Law firm in Mission Valley

Office: SMS Law Firm has leased 1,165 square feet of office space in Mission Valley at 2650 Camino del Rio North, Suite 201, San Diego 92108, from Terra Enterprises. The property was leased for 40 months at $80,475.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Derek Applbaum and Derek Hulse, of Colliers International.

Earlier this year, 360 DG SPPS LLC leased 3,663 square feet for 63 months at $411,428.

The building on Camino del Rio North is a three-story, 70,000-square-foot wood and glass office property. It features an open center courtyard design, onsite parking, with some covered, and separate storage units.

Office, health-related services, educational and medical tenants now occupy the building.

Industrial: Inflatable Solutions has leased 1,944 square feet of industrial space at 7630 Miramar Road, Suite 2300, San Diego 92122, from IndCor. The property, leased for 26 months at $41,416, will be used for a warehouse, office and storage.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Arnie Friedman, Ty Moffatt and Evan McDonald, of Colliers International.

In other recent leasing activity, G & R Upholstery earlier this year, leased 1,964 square feet for 38 months at $62,237; The Sound of Knowledge Inc. in late 2012 leased 1,965 square feet for 48 months at $80,513; and in fall 2010, Joan T. Souser leased 1,944 square feet for 39 months at $55,162.

The building is in the 66,752-square-foot Miramar Business Park built in 1981 at 7606-7636 Miramar Road.
