Apartments sold in LJ Shores on El Paseo Grande

The 16-unit Beachcomber Studio Apartments complex in La Jolla Shores in La Jolla 92037, has been sold for $2.6 million, cash.

The buyer was Mark Gosselin, trustee of the Mark Gosselin Trust, 1322 Scott St., Suite 204, San Diego 92106.

The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 346-282-05) was Dudley L. A'Neals, as administrator of the Estate of Beatrice Clara Crane, pursuant to a Superior Court order.

The approximately 5,152-square-foot, two-story apartment was constructed on a 5,249-square-foot lot in 1954.
