Auto dealer property sold

The former auto dealership property, including approximately 25,331 square feet of building on a 3.73-acre lot, at 680 S. Marshall Ave. and 720 El Cajon Blvd. in El Cajon 92020, has been sold for $3.35 million.

The buyer was Sunroad EC Land Inc., c/o Sunroad BCV Auto Inc., c/o Sunroad Enterprises, 4445 Eastgate Mall, Suite 400, San Diego 92121; attention: Dan Feldman.

The acquisition was financed with a loan of $2.5 million from BMW Financial Services NA LLC.

The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 487-490-19) was Kamwest Enterprises LLC, a California limited liability company, with Majid Komfiroozie member.

In October 1999, the property was sold for $2.3 million and financed with $1,432,000 from Ford Motor Credit Co.

The property was formerly occupied by Westcott Mazda/Kia.
