The acquisition was financed with a loan of $2.5 million from BMW Financial Services NA LLC.
The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 487-490-19) was Kamwest Enterprises LLC, a California limited liability company, with Majid Komfiroozie member.
In October 1999, the property was sold for $2.3 million and financed with $1,432,000 from Ford Motor Credit Co.
The property was formerly occupied by Westcott Mazda/Kia.
