MEI in Carmel Valley Centre

Office: MEI Pharma Inc. renewed and expanded its 6,187-square-foot office lease at 54,661-square-foot Carmel Valley Centre, 11975 El Camino Real, San Diego 92130. The lease was renewed and expanded for 28 months at $430,000.

The lessee was represented by Andrew Zimsky and Kevin Craven, of Colliers International. The lessor was represented by Chris High and Tyler Sinks, of Cushman & Wakefield.

In late summer 2011, Hardage Group Management LLC leased 5,750 square feet of for five years at $940,000. In late 2010, Bank of Manhattan NA leased 2,511 square feet for 25 months at $160,000. In late summer 2009, Siemens Products Lifecycle Management Software Inc. leased 7,089 square feet for 48 months at $900,000.



Office: MK Capital Advisors LLC has leased 3,261 square feet of office space at the 71,478-square-foot Carlsbad Crossings Corporate Centre (formerly the Kelly Corporate Center), 6005 Hidden Valley Road, Carlsbad 92011, from Walton/Greenlaw Kelly Corporate Holdings. The property, leased for 51 months at $367,000, will be used for an independent advisory and investment management firm.

The lessee was represented by John Hoffman and Joe McDermott, of Cushman & Wakefield. The lessor was represented by Michael Mahoney and Justin Halenza, of Cassidy Turley San Diego.



Retail: Menchies Frozen Yogurt has leased 1,450 square feet of retail space at 2471 Jamacha Road, El Cajon 92019, from Aspen Gold LP. The property, leased for 60 months at $134,000, will be used for a frozen yogurt store. The store is in Cottonwood Plaza at 2441-2471 Jamacha.

The lessee was represented by Brian Jenkins, of ECP. The lessor was represented by Kipp Gstettenbauer, Kyle Clark and Matt Davis, of Cushman & Wakefield.

In early 2010, C3 Fitness leased 2,865 square feet for 36 months at $120,642.



Industrial: Lum-Tech Lighting has leased 5,883 square feet of industrial space in the 10,521-square-foot building in the Seagate Corporate Center at 3532 Seagate Way, Oceanside 92056, from Rock-Sea LLC. The property, leased for 24 months at $82,000, will be used for lighting solutions.

The lessee was represented by Jason Kim, of Bee Investments. The lessor was represented by Ron King and Bob Willingham, of Cushman & Wakefield.
