Arnold Avenue Apartments sold for $900,000

The six-unit Arnold Avenue Apartments complex in North Park at 3820 Arnold Ave., San Diego 92104, has been sold for $900,000, cash.

The buyers were Kurt C. Wittkow and Jennifer M. Wittkow, trustees of the Kirt and Jennifer Wittkow Family Trust, 1311 Dellcrest Lane, La Jolla 92037.

The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 453-071-08) was Kim Oanh Thi Nguyen.

The approximately 4,326-square-foot apartment consists of eight bedrooms and six bathrooms. The two-story apartment was constructed in 1974 on a 6,251-square-foot lot. In February 2010, the garden low-rise apartment was sold for $675,000, with financing of $275,000.
