Brookfield Homes has construction under way in Encinitas on Seaside Ridge, its new collection of 23 semi-custom homes set for a grand opening in late spring.
Seaside Ridge will offer one- and two-story, 2,663 to 4,559-square-foot floor plan designs with three to five bedrooms, 2.5 to 4.5 baths, and two to six-car garages.
Amenities include covered cabana patios. The homes will also include first-floor living suites. Pricing is anticipated to begin in the low-$1 million range.
The California coast-inspired community is located at 809 Dolphin Circle, approximately one mile from the ocean.
Brookfield Residential operates in 10 markets with two operating divisions.
