Building on Distribution Way in Vista sold

The 10,456-square-foot industrial building at 1212 Distribution Way in Vista 92081, has been sold for $1,343,000.

The buyer was Pharel Group LLC, a California limited liability company, 1965 Kellogg Ave., Carlsbad 92008. The John A. Dahl and Christi A. Dahl Revocable Family Trust is the member of Pharel. John A. Dahl and Christi A. Dahl are the trustees of the trust.

The acquisition was financed with a loan of $1,284,000 from San Diego Private Bank.

The property is under leasehold to Wax Research Inc., with John A. Dahl as the president.

The sellers of the property (assessor's parcel 219-532-14) were Eugene A. Redman and Beverly J. Redman, trustees of The Redman Family Trust.

Adam Molnar, of Colliers International, represented the sellers. Tim Clepper, of San Diego Commercial, represented the buyer.

The building was constructed in 1994 as an auto repair facility with drive-through circulation.

Other amenities include eight electric-powered, grade-level doors; a fenced yard; concrete driveways, three restrooms; a kitchen and locker room; and general office space.
