Bank building in Escondido on Grand sold

The vacant, freestanding, 4,859-square-foot one-story bank branch building at 360 W. Grand Ave., Escondido 92025, has been sold for $1,115,000.

The buyer was First-Citizens Bank & Trust Company, c/o Corporate Real Estate, P.O. Box 27131, Mailcode: DAC41, Raleigh, N.C. 27611.

The seller of the property (assessor's parcels 229-411-13, 14 and 15) was Margreen Investors, a California general partnership, for $1,115,000.

Reg Kobzi, of the CBRE (NYSE: CBG) Retail Private Capital Team represented the seller and Brent Bohlken, of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the buyer.

The lot size is approximately one-third of an acre, and the property was last occupied by San Diego National Bank.
