The 8,066-square-foot retail building at 12411 Poway Road in Poway 92064, has been sold for $1.3 million, cash.
The buyer was Veck Investment Properties LLC, a California limited liability company, 3276 Highland Drive, Carlsbad 92008, attention: Charles S. Speck.
The seller of the property was the Craig L. Vejraska Family Limited Partnership, with Craig L. Vegraska as the managing partner.
Ryan Litrich and Jim Garvin, of Lee & Associates–North San Diego County's office in Carlsbad, represented the seller and buyer.
The property is located at the signalized corner of Poway Road and Pomerado Road, one of the city's busiest intersections.
The building was originally ground leased to a financial institution, which built the existing improvements in the 1970s.
