Tillster leases space on Cornerstone Court West

Tillster Inc. has leased 11,374 square feet of industrial space in the Cornerstone Heights Corporate Center at 6059 Cornerstone Court West, San Diego 92121, from Lincoln Property Company.

The property, in Sorrento Mesa leased for 64 months at $1.5 million, will be used for a technology company.

The lessee was represented by Jay Diskin, of Colliers International. The lessor was represented by Brett Ward, Bill Cavanagh and Michael Cassolato, of Cassidy Turley.

In December 2012, Lincoln Property Company, in a joint venture partnership with Artemis Real Estate Partners, purchased the two-building corporate office center at 5959 and 6059 Cornerstone Court West from The Realty Associates Fund VI L.P. for $14.1 million. At the time of that sale, the building at 5959 was fully occupied and the building at 6059 was vacant.

The two buildings total 97,945 square feet and occupy 2.85 acres.
