Warehouse in Mount Hope on Lockridge sold

The approximately 45,120-square-foot warehouse building in Mount Hope at 3979 Lockridge St., San Diego 92102, has been sold for $4.5 million, cash.

The buyer was Family Health Centers of San Diego Inc., 823 Gateway Center Way, San Diego 92102.

The sellers of the property (assessor's parcel 546-080-12) were Brody's LLC, a limited liability company; David Shteremberg and Reina Shtermberg, trustees of a trust; Jose Zyman and Soria Zyman (aka Sonia Shterenberg and as Sonia Shteremberg), trustees of the Zyman Family Trust; Carlos Shteremberg, trustee of the Nathan Shteremberg Children's Trust; David Shteremberg, trustee of the Leon Shteremberg Children's Trust; David Shteremberg, trustee of the David Shteremberg Children's Trust; Ilana Gold; Orly Cohen; New Suerte Corp.; and Nathan Zachs Bielak.

Enrique Zagursky, as trustee of the Enrique Zagursky and Eva S. de Zagursky Living Trust; and Y. Isaac Szmuilowicz, as trustee of the Y. Isaac Szmuilowica and Anita B. Szmuilowicz Living Trust are both managers of Brody's.

David Shteremberg is the president of New Suerte.

The one-story building was constructed on a 2.33-acre lot in 1979.
