The three-unit apartment a block from the ocean at 180-190 Walnut Ave., Carlsbad 92008, has been sold for $1.2 million.

The buyer was 180-190 Walnut Properties LLC, a California limited liability company, 1641 Amante Court, Carlsbad 92011. Matthew Harelson and Julie Harelson are the managers of the buyer.

The acquisition was financed with a private party loan of $1.02 million.

The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 204ó123-06) was Abraham Poladian.

The apartment was constructed in 1956 on a 7,100-square-foot lot.

The apartment consists of six bedrooms and three bathrooms.

In August 1998, the property sold for $415,000, with financing of $311,250.
