Apartments on Florence, 8th in Imperial Beach sold

Three separate residential properties totaling six units at 1214-1218 and 1220-1224 Florence St. and 561-563 8th St., Imperial Beach 91932, have been sold for $1 million, cash.

The buyer was U.S. Financial, 1919 Grand Ave., Suite 2F, San Diego 92109.

The sellers of the property (assessor's parcels 633-091-21 and 22, and 626-141-35) were Joseph E. Sanderson and Maryann M. Sanderson, trustees of the Joseph E. Sanderson and Maryann M. Sanderson Revocable Trust (one-third interest); Gloria M. Sanderson (one-third interest); and Cecil E. and Karen S. Morris (one-third interest).

The units at 1214-18 Florence and the adjacent units at 1220-1224 are each on 6,534 square foot lots. The units at 561-63 8th are on a 7,840-square-foot lot.
