Happiness Nails on Mission

Retail: Happiness Nails has leased 2,948 square feet of retail space at 1054 Mission Ave., Oceanside 92054, from Ona Mission Partners LP. The property, leased for 120 months at $466,643, will be used for a nail shop.

The lessee was represented by Erik Faucett and Steve Willmore, of Colliers International. The lessor was represented by Bill Barnett and Doug Hogan, also of Colliers.



Industrial: ANTICS International Inc. has leased 8,000 square feet of industrial space at 3025 Industry St., Suite B, Oceanside 92054, from CRP-2 SC Industrial Business LLC. The property, leased for 38 months at $210,192, will be used for a warehouse and storage.

The lessee was represented by Rob Gunness, of CBRE (NYSE: CBG).

The lessor was represented by Josh McFadyen and Joe Crotty, of Colliers International.
