Sola Salons in Red Rock

Industrial: Shebin Enterprises, LLC, dba Sola Salons, has leased 4,898 square feet of industrial space in Red Rock Center, a 73,706-square-foot community center at 2055 Montiel Road, Suites E-108 and E-109, San Marcos 92069, from Red Rock Center LLC. The property was leased for 10 years at $954,811.

The lessee was represented by Ian Brown, of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.

The lessor was represented by Bill Thaxton and Tommy Gibbs, of Flocke and Avoyer Commercial Real Estate.

Office: Graf Property Management has leased 1,160 square feet of office space in the 30,893-square-foot Copperwood Courtyard office building at 3355 Mission Ave., Suite 239, Oceanside 92054, from Copperwood Courtyard LP. The property was leased for 36 months at $56,514.

The lessee was self-represented. The lessor was represented by Josh McFadyen and Joe Crotty, of Colliers International.

Office: Chantelle Day Spa has leased 557 square feet of office space in 31,388-square-foot First Bankers Plaza at 2424 Vista Way, Suite 317, Oceanside 92054, from the Jaeger Family Trust.

The property, leased for 48 months at $43,344, will be used for a general office.

The lessee represented itself. The lessor was represented by Jon Walters, of Colliers International.

First Bankers Plaza was sold for $3.6 million in early 2001.
