The approximately 35,150-square-foot industrial (light manufacturing) building at 2120-2122 Mission Road, Escondido 92029, has been sold for $3.1 million.
The buyers were SR16 West Mission Road LLC (30 percent) and Pacifica Real Estate II LLC (70 percent), both California limited liability companies, 127 Lomas Santa Fe Drive, Solano Beach 92075.
Adam S. Robinson and Charles J. Stos II are managers of SR16, and Steven C. Leonard and Blake Isaacson are managers of Pacifica.
The acquisition was financed with a loan of $2.4 million from Community Bank of Pasadena.
The seller of the multitenant property (assessor's parcel 226-112-49) was Helix Real Estate Investment Trust.
Gregory T. Lambron is the chairman of Helix. The one-story building was constructed in 1979 on a 2.11-acre lot.
