Retail building on W. Washington in Mission Hills sold

Mission Hills Plaza, the approximately 5,460-square-foot retail building at 1000 W. Washington St., San Diego 92103, has been sold for $2 million.

The buyer was 1000 West Washington LLC, a California limited liability company, 1000 W. Washington, San Diego. The members are Stephen H. Munroe, Brian T. Quesnell and Cameron N. Stout.

The acquisition was financed with loans from Bank of America (NYSE: BAC); a first for $1.7 million and a second for $150,000.

The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 444-404-07) was MHP Plaza LLC, a California limited liability company that acquired title as Mission Hills Plaza II Limited, a limited partnership. Richard Ciceric and Gilbert Klecan are the managers of the seller.

The L-shaped building was constructed in 1977 on a 10,000-square-foot corner lot at Rose Street.
