Retail: Goodwill Industries of San Diego County has renewed its lease on 1,925 square feet of space in the 145,000-square-foot Eastlake Village Center South, 2260 Otay Lakes Road, Chula Vista 91915, from Eastlake Village Ventures LLC. The shopping center lease was renewed for seven years at $601,810.
The lessee was self-represented. The lessor was represented by Stewart Keith, of Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate.
Late last year, SD Custom Pizza LLC leased 1,732 square feet in Eastlake Village for 10 years at $953,062 for a pizza restaurant. Keith represented the lessor.
Other recent tenants include Gary Yarborough and Maria Yarborough, dba Baskin Robbins, in early 2012 with 982 square feet for 10 years at $459,308; and in mid-2011, Samuel Hayatt, with 1,224 square feet of office space for 12 years at $716,732.
Office: Appraisal Fee Services LLC has leased 1,657 square feet of office space at 523 Encinitas Blvd., Encinitas, 92024, from North Coast Business Park. The property was leased for 36 months at $120,000.
The lessee and lessor were represented by John Hoffman and Amy McNamara, of Cushman& Wakefield.
