The buyer was Esho Brothers LLC, a California limited liability company, 12402 Woodside Ave., Lakeside; attention: Kasay Esho.
The acquisition was financed with a loan of $1.2 million from Celtic Bank Corp. of Salt Lake City.
The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 394-121-07) was Salene Properties LLC, a California limited liability company with David Whitlow as the authorized signer.
The station occupies a 34,848-square-foot corner lot at Channel Road.
Salene acquired the property from Chevron U.S.A. in June 2004.
