Retail site between North, South Park sold

The 2,700-square-foot retail building at 3111 30th St. in San Diego has been sold for $1.15 million, cash, in an off-market transaction.

The buyer was Diego Davis Associates LLC, a California limited liability company. P.O. Box 8393. Rancho Santa Fe 92067.

The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 453-551-26) was 30 Redwood LLC, a California limited liability company. William Mark Leslie is the managing partner of 30 Redwood.

Joe Brady and Bill Shrader, of Cushman & Wakefield's Urban Property Group, represented the seller and procured the buyer.

The building was constructed in 1955 on an 11,783-square-foot lot and is the only retail site available with a significant parking lot between the North Park and South Park areas on 30th Street, according to the broker.

C&W's Urban Property Group, including Dave Maxwell, will be retained as the exclusive listing agent for the vacant property.

The owner is looking for a retail or restaurant tenant.

In February, the building was sold for $850,000, cash, to 30 Redwood.

The service station property at 12402 Woodside Ave. in Lakeside reported sold in this column on Friday was handled by Duane R. Bernard, of NAI San Diego, for the seller and Amir Brikho, of Remax Associates, for the buyer.
