The acquisition was financed with a loan of $1 million from Wells Fargo Bank.
The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 430-030-25) was Shasta Holdings LLC, a California limited liability company. Daniel F. McCarthy and Cheryl L. McCarthy are the members of Shasta Holdings.
The center was constructed in 1969 on an 18,221-square-foot lot.
In March 2006, the property sold for $2,025,000 with financing of $850,000 from Bank of America (NYSE: BAC).
