The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 483-221-47) was Karlovich Financial LLC, a California limited liability company with Carol Karlovich as the owner.
The two-tenant building was constructed in 2001 on a 40,511-square-foot lot.
The property was sold in June 2004 for $3.23 million, with financing of $2,422,500 from Mission Federal Credit Union.
