The buyer was Long Branch Ave Group LLC, a California limited liability company, 2937 Morena Blvd., 3rd Floor, San Diego 92110. The managers of the buyer are Timothy Barzal and Louis Scotti.
The acquisition was financed with a loan of $595,000 from Western Alliance Bank.
The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 448-322-06) was Indira Sobrian.
Shelly Bird, Jim Taylor and Meghann Ruiz of Sperry Van Ness Finest City Commercial represented the seller. Marc Cicchetto, with Allison James Estates and Homes, represented the buyers.
The apartment, built in 1951 on a 5,000-square-foot lot, is approximately 1,976 square feet and consists of four one-bedroom units.
The property sold in October 2000 for $425,000.
The one-story property is located approximately three blocks from the beach.
