Pardee garners honors for San Diego development

LOS ANGELES -- Pardee Homes' Alta Del Mar in San Diego’s Del Mar Mesa has again earned top honors in national design and planning competitions.

Announced in January and February, Alta Del Mar's latest awards are in three prestigious programs of the American homebuilding industry: The Nationals, Best In American Living Awards (BALA) and the Design Awards.

These new awards add to a roster of top honors for the luxury home neighborhood, which were earned in the 2013 Gold Nugget Awards; the SoCal Awards of Southern California and the Icon Awards.

Celebrated at the 2014 International Building Show (IBS) in early February in Las Vegas, Pardee's honors in The Nationals included a Gold Award for a model's interior merchandising design, Silver Awards for the architectural design of two other models, and for Alta Del Mar as Community of the Year.

The Nationals honor new home project achievements in a variety of design and marketing categories, and are sponsored by the National Sales and Marketing Council of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

Alta Del Mar's project consultants include Bassenian/Lagoni Architects of Irvine, land planners Latitude 33 of San Diego, sales office designers LunaPearl Studio of Westlake Village, sign company Outdoor Dimensions of Fullerton, landscape architects SJA Landscape Architects of San Juan Capistrano and interior design company Pacific Dimensions Inc. of El Segundo. The advertising agency is Greenhaus of San Diego, while the photographer is Eric Figge Photography.
