The buyer was the Mills Family Trust, with Marcie L. Matassa trustee, PO Box 7523, San Diego 992107.

The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 448-102-08) was U.S. Bank, successor trustee of the Keen Family Declaration of Trust No. One.

The units total approximately 2,512 square feet and consist of six bedrooms and six bathrooms.

The apartment is comprised of four detached one-bedroom cottages and two slightly larger one-bedroom apartments.

The one-story apartment was constructed on a 7,000-square-foot lot.

The property was sold in November 2010 for $950,000 cash.

The property is located two blocks from the ocean and was built in two phases from 1938 to 1948.
