Christopher J. Zorbas, a first vice president in Marcus & Millichap's San Diego office, represented the seller in the Deal of the Week. The buyer was represented by Zorbas and David Sperling, also in M&M's San Diego office.

The deal was the sale of Villas La Costa, a 24-unit apartment property at 7504-7514 Gibraltar St., Carlsbad, for $6.01 million, cash, according to John Vorsheck, regional manager of M&M's San Diego office.

The buyer was Pur Villas Carlsbad LLC, of Palo Alto. The seller was Oram Properties One LLC, with Alvin Mansour as the owner.

The apartment was built in 1987 on a nearly 1-acre lot and consists of approximately 25,280 rentable square feet.

The apartment consists of 16, two-bedroom/two-bath townhomes and eight two-bedroom/two-bath apartments in four two- and three-story, wood-frame buildings.
