Retail: Firehouse Subs has leased 1,700 square feet of retail space at Gateway Center, 116 N. Tulip St., Suite 880, Escondido 92025, from Escondido Gateway 03 LP. The property was leased for 125 months at $586,092.

The lessee was represented by Jon Horning of Flock & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate. The lessor was represented by Phil Lyons, Bruce Schiff and Andrew Peterson, of Cassidy Turley.



Warehouse: Pacific Tank Cleaning Inc. has leased 7,000 square feet of warehouse space at 2387 Faivre St., Chula Vista 91911, from CG 7600 LP. The property was leased for 24 months at $114,566.

The lessee was represented by Mark Lewkowitz, of Cushman & Wakefield. The lessor was represented by Mark Silverman, of NAI San Diego.



Retail: America Car Rental has leased 706 square feet of retail space at 4085 Pacific Highway, San Diego 92110, from HWV Ventures LP. The property was leased for 36 months at $32,732.

The lessee represented itself. The lessor was represented by Kipp Gstettenbauer and Kyle Clark, of Cushman & Wakefield.
