On Saturday, Shea will unveil three model homes merchandised by Design Line Interiors of Del Mar, showcasing open floor plans, large master retreats with oversized master baths, kitchen storage, entry courtyards and attached two-car garages, according to Vanessa Linn, vice president of sales and marketing for the homebuilder.
