Apartment in Pacific Beach on Missouri sold

The eight-unit apartment in Pacific Beach at 1847 Missouri St., San Diego 92109, has been sold for $1.9 million.

The buyer was Ann Rosalie Kostanzer, trustee of the Ann Rosalie Kostanzer Trust, 2435 La France St., San Diego 92109.

The sellers of the property (assessor's parcel 416-442-07) was Alice M. Coyne, trustee under the Coyne Survivor's Trust, and as trustee under the Coyne Decendent's Trust. The sellers took back a trust deed for $1.57 million.

The buyer and sellers where represented by Gary B. Urtiaga, senior vice president at Apartment Realty Group (ARG) and Gabe Candea, senior associate at ARG. Annemarie Lococo, of Chicago Title, provided escrow services and Toby Macfarlane, of Advantage Title, provided title services.

The apartment consists of five one-bedroom units, a pair of two-bedroom/one-bath units and a single two-bedroom/two-bath unit.

The apartment was constructed in 1972 on a 6,250-square-foot lot.

The property includes two double garages and an on-site laundry.
